SIGN UP
- Sign up, creating a unique username and secure password
- Sign into the Voipedo Dashboard
- Click the Balance tab and add funds using your PayPal account
- Click Services > Order DIDs to order 1 or more phone numbers (or contact us to port your existing numbers)
- Wait for activation emails, including SIP password and server information (allow up to 1 business day for activation)
- Proceed to register your SIP device(s), setup Voicemail and other features
SETUP EQUIPMENT
- Once you have received your SIP password and server information, use it to program your app or device.
- Refer to the manufacturer documentation for setup instructions.
- Let us know if you need help. We can provide assistance with many popular apps and devices.
VOIPEDO REQUIREMENTS
- High Speed Internet – Fiber, Cable or DSL service, from your local internet provider.
- Phone Equipment – Use any SIP compatible VoIP Adapter, Softphone App, IP Phone, or IP Phone System.
- Voipedo Service – Sign up for Standard or Premium service, then add 1 or more DID Phone Numbers.

- $1.99/mo : Voipedo Standard Features ($0.02/min outbound calls)
- $19.99/mo : Voipedo Premium Features ($0.02/min outbound calls)
- $2.99/mo each : US/Canada Phone Numbers/DIDs ($4.99 activation, $0.02/min inbound calls)
INTERNATIONAL CALLING
- Outbound International Call Rates vary from $0.01/min for Ontario CAN, to $0.79 for Algeria.
- International Calling is DISABLED on all new accounts by default. You may request activation after 30 days of valid service.
